How do I Modificate my Jumbo loan from Wells Fargo? - jumbo loan cutoff 2010
I have a Wells Fargo loan and my interest is 6.5%, and I wonder how I modificate for less than 3%. How can I fix this problem? Can someone tell me where I can go and to whom should I contact?

It is an elusive goal. Most banks are not interested in the modified jumbo loans now because they can not pass them on Fannie and Freddie, so that the interest rate for jumbo mortgages is slightly higher than conventional mortgage at the moment. The only real way to reduce your interest rate mortgage giants, is a conventional mortgage loan of 418,000 U.S. dollars have less. But why not get an interest rate of 3%.
