I have a great dessert recipe that's great work in Yorkshire in England) with the old Home Pride Flour (supermarkets. Salen light and fluffy and prevent mold.

Now I'm back in Australia, the exact same recipe results with a weight on the plans.

My Nana (a Yorkshire girl) always complained that the flour is different here in Australia, and do good Yorkshire. I always thought I was crazy, but now I think!

The question is: what kind of flour that we use? What gluten (protein), price? The bread flour? 00Flour?

That does not bother me to have a meal right game is only necessary to remove in the right direction.

BTW, I do not need a new recipe. I like that I used in the United KingdomI just want a meal flour similar to English.

I come from Australia and I simple black and white flour or mark for gold, the cheapest meal IgA or Safeway and my yorkies our security. I use 1 part soda and 2 parts of skim milk.
